State-of-the-art smoke
generator technology. The Vicount produces large
volumes of dense, non-toxic smoke under exacting
industrial conditions. This smoke machine uses an oil based
fluid and inert gas, either CO2 or Nitrogen,
as a propellant. A short burst of propellant purges the
machine of any fluid residue at the end of each operating
cycle. All Vicounts are equipped with a wired remote control. Wireless remote available as an optional extra. The Vicount offers substantial economies in fluid consumption and the automatic purging feature reduces maintenance to an absolute minimum

..Economy For similar visibility results, fluid consumption is up to 90% less in comparison with water based smoke. High output The Vicount is designed for high output performance. One Vicount suffices for some visualization tests in the world’s largest wind tunnel. Continuous Operation The Vicount is capable of producing smoke at maximum output continuously. System Consolidation and Customization If desirable, multiple Vicount units can be linked to a central fluid and gas supply facility for operating effectiveness and efficiency. The modular design of the generator accommodates alternative size heater elements and is easily configured to suit unique operating or system alignment requirements. High Temperature Resistance The smoke produced by the Vicount is resistant to temperatures of up to 355° F, making the unit ideal for use in heated chambers where water based smoke will quickly break down. The ViCount 5000/180/2.2kw is the favored smoke machine for hot fire training. Inert Gas Supply Corona recommends that only approved CO2 or Nitrogen gas is used as a propellant. Compressed air should not be used. It contains Oxygen and hence the risk of forming a flammable aerosol is increased. Typical Vicount applications are:
