Corona Integrated Technologies Inc. (Corona) sells fogging equipment and offers suggestions related to their possible use.

Corona does not warranty the safety or the effectiveness of any products that are applied by, or used in conjunction with its foggers.

Any warranty or guarantee of safety, or fitness for any particular use lies solely with the manufacturer of the fluids used in Corona foggers. Corona assumes that its customers strictly observe all cautions and instructions as stated on the label of the fluids used and the additional cautions and instructions accompanying the foggers or otherwise publicized by Corona or other relevant parties.

Some fogging fluids require the special licensing, training and or registration of the user with Country, State, County, Province, City, or other regulatory authorities. It is the responsibility of the user to verify that any products used are eligible for purchase and use in their jurisdiction.  It is also the responsibility of the purchaser and/or the end user to secure any license, permit, registration etc. as applicable.

Corona assumes that its customers are of sound mind, can read and interpret English (as most pesticide labels are written in English), and that the customer assumes all responsibility for the purchase and safe, proper and legal use of any fogging fluid and all other products they acquire for the use in, or in conjunction with, Corona’s foggers.

This disclaimer is a legally binding contract between Corona and its customers. This disclaimer may be updated from time to time without any notice.
