The Sprinkler Test system
represents a breakthrough in the rapid and cost effective
testing of fire fighting sprinkler systems. Developed in
cooperation with the Mobil Oil Company, this smoke
machine system is a 'packaged' solution for safety engineers
in large building complexes and the oil, gas and chemical
processing industries. Producing a dense, non toxic smoke under considerable air pressure, the system can be connected to deluge systems using conventional pipe fittings or flanges to determine the number and location of blocked nozzles within a matter of a few minutes. The smoke that is produced is passed into a high pressure centrifugal blower, of 5 - 9 stages. Each stage of the blower produces 2½" wg (622 pa). Smoke is emitted under pressure, into the deluge system through 1 or 2" bore flexible hose. .....
